Add the 'runit' toy

This allows arbitrary (pre configured) program to be run, and output
to be displayed.

Add simple battery monitoring widget.

With lots of pngs to show the status in the panel.

Improve the check for "are any keys down"

I'm not sure this test is really needed, but while I still
have it, make it as accurate as possible.
