Thanks. While I RMA to get a replacement drive, am I better off running degraded or better off leaving the drive in the array?
Also, is there anyway to force the resize to run faster? At one point is spontaineously jumped from 4000K to 8000K, but now is back down to 4000. I've tried the min and max speed settings with no observable change.
